Can I send a load under 5 kg?
Yes. Small loads are welcome. The minimum wash, dry and fold charge is $30.
How is my laundry weighed?
Wash, dry and fold is priced using the actual dry weight at $6 per kg, subject to the $30 minimum.
Is drop-off available outside business hours?
The secure self-drop-off is available 24/7 and is free. Handover instructions are shared when your booking is confirmed.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup + Return is available for $15. Availability and timing are confirmed when you book.
When will my laundry be ready?
Timing depends on the load and current availability. You will receive a confirmed timeframe with your booking.
Can you wash doonas and blankets?
Yes, subject to size, capacity and the care label. Describe the item to receive a quote.
What items are not accepted?
Mattress toppers, heavy smoke odour, excessive animal hair, mould, bodily fluids and significant contamination cannot be accepted.
